Comments ~ Reminders.

This is just a reminder for all of our reader. We appreciate all of our faithful readers on all of our websites. Because of this appreciation, we DO NOT ALLOW, POST , or CONDONE Comments in any fashion. While we know that it is “fashionable” , at this time, to leave comments on websites, we find that a large number of people that leave comments on websites, are with Spammers, Internet Tough Guys ( who wouldn’t leave their nasty comments if anyone actually knew who they were, or people who are looking for free advertising or a place to leave inappropriate content.

Because of these folks, depending on the comment that they have left, the comments are either DELETED OR MARKED AS SPAM!

What we do appreciate, are the true readers that want to ask a question, or just want to drop a line, we do read all of the email that we receive from our readers. If need be, we normally respond within 48 hours.

Over the last 72 hours, we have received over 200 comments for moderation, the majority being from SPAMMERS, and were marked as such.

In closing, if you are just looking for your 15 minutes, or trying to get free advertising for your products or inappropriate web site, you have come to the wrong place.

Hey there, all of you “Die Hard Curve 8330 Owners”! I received an email, about an hour ago informing me of the New OS Update for the BlackBerry Curve 8300 series. The update will give you the 4.5.0.186 version. If you want the update for your device, simply go to the “Tools Menu”, click Advanced Options, then scroll down to “Wireless Updates”, then follow the prompts.
I’m in the process of updating my 8330 now, so I’ll let you know what we will wind up with.

Where is the 5.0 Love for the Curve 8330?!

Ok, Kids! We have been waiting somewhat patiently for our 8330 – 5.0 Love, with little results. Sure, there is a leaked os, but I’m not to crazy about running leaks on my devices.

In an article from Crackberry.com, (which you can take a look at here), It states that RIM has made the 5.0 software available to its carrier partners. So we are pretty much just playing the waiting game with our perspective carriers, to make the software available for our devices.
Now, in the carriers defence, I have seen that some carriers have rolled out the 5.0 OS update to some of their devices, but all of us 8330 users, just haven’t seen the love yet.
Even with the leaked 5.0 update, it was only for the 8330, CDMA versions. If you are with Sprint, there is a very good chance that you could be sporting the 8330m, which in my findings, the leaked os was only compatible in a small number of cases. That’s one of the issues with a leaked OS, you can never be 100% sure, and when it comes to my BlackBerry devices, I like to be sure!

So, the “million dollar question” remains! When will we see the BlackBerry 5.0 OS Love? There’s no way to be sure…. I wish that I could give you a better answer, but it’s all we have. As soon as we catch wind of a release from a carrier, we’ll post it here & over at BlackBerryStuff.invioe.com.
